Meen Vattichathu is a Kottayam-style fish curry that is popular across Kerala. This fiery red, spicy fish curry goes well with rice but is a perfect combination for kappa vevichathu/boiled tapioca. The dish is very spicy and the deep red colour is the trick played by Kashmiri red chilli powder.
